Nursery Manager

We are currently seeking Nursery Manager who is nurturing, can inspire and have fun. As our Nursery Manager you will promoting growth and development, whilst consistently upholding the standards of the nursery ensuring that together we conform to and exceed the requirements of Ofsted. You will lead our team to provide a caring and educational environment for all of our children within a warm and welcoming family environment.

The successful candidate will:

· Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 Childcare, Learning and Development (or an equivalent Early Years Qualification)

· Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS and OFSTED standards

· Have at least 3 years previous experience working with Children in a management role.

· Have experience of running of a Nursery on a daily basis.

· Have a excellent understanding of all safeguarding and child protection procedures.

· Hold an up to date paediatric first aid, food safety and safe guarding qualification (these can be obtained in house if required)

Ideally working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (40 hours), 8.30am to 6pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Part time hours may be considered for the right candidate. Start ASAP,

Baby Room Nursery Practitioner 

Due to an increase in children we are currently seeking a nursery practitioner to work within one of our baby rooms with a group of 6 to 9  children aged 6 months to 2 years of age. Candidates will be required to have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role as well as holding a minimum level 2 qualification in childcare. Paediatric first aid, safeguarding, a DBS and a food safety qualification will also be required however these qualifications can be obtained in house.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver excellent practice through the EYFS as well as being dedicated, outgoing, passionate, punctual and caring.

Working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (40 hours), 8.30am to 5pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Salary up to £19,344.00 per annum depending on age, experience and qualification.

Supply Nursery Assistants

Due to an increase in children we are seeking experienced bank/supply Nursery assistants to join our friendly team. The role will involve working along side our qualified staff caring for children aged 6 months to 4 years of age, cover staff absences and annual leave. Candidates will be required to have some childcare experience with under 5’s as well as being outgoing, reliable, punctual and caring.

Paediatric first aid, safeguarding and a food safety qualification will also be required however these qualifications can be obtained in house.

Hours will vary each week however this role may lead to a full time position. Benefits include free meals as well as discounted childcare.
